nationals from these two countries no longer needed to apply for an entry visa to
the UK. These nationals can freely enter the UK, but the UK Border Agency has put
in place restrictions on who can work under a Contract of Service (Pay As You Earn
Employment). A2s do not fall under the Points Based System.

- You can apply as the family member of a worker or jobseeker (who is not subject to Accession State worker authorisation), or
- You can apply as the family member of a self-
employed individual, or

sufficient individual.
