TIER 5 YOUTH MOBILITY SCHEME
This visa type does not need a UK sponsor to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) unless you are a national from Hong Kong or Republic of Korea
THIS TIER WAS FIRST INTRODUCED TO THE UK IN NOVEMBER 2008
This visa scheme is for people aged 18-30 and the only other nationals permitted to apply must be from:
Australia, Canada, Japan, Monaco, New Zealand or Taiwan
As long as the person meets the financial requirements they can apply under this visa scheme
There are strict rules to who can apply under this route and the visa can only be issued for a maximum of 24 months and cannot be extended
