Who we are


Global 4 Immigration (G4I) is a UK specialist immigration company that provides immigration services for UK businesses and people needing permission from the UK Visa & Immigration (Home Office) to enter or remain in the UK.


How we operate

Every client who contacts us will be given the the first 30 minutes telephone consultancy for free. If your case is a little bit more complex, we may extend the 30 minutes at no cost if the client agrees to use our services.


We will then email you two documents 1) G4I terms and conditions (how we operate with you and our charging policies) 2) Approval care letter outlining what we have discussed, how we can help you and how we share your confidential information.


Once you agree to these two documents, we can then commence legally representing you and any family members.


Organisation support services

In 2008 the Home Office introduced the Points-Based System (PBS). PBS was introduced to streamline the 80 visa routes into the UK and regulate UK businesses that engaged migrants for employment or studies. G4I was approved by the Home Office to support the newly introduced PBS which included carrying out site visits for compliance, preventing illegal employment and making sure HR systems were in order.

Regulated

G4I is regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) under registration number F200400010. OISC and the UK Law Society are the two main regulating bodies. OISC only regulates businesses that falls under where services are required relating to immigration whereas the Law Society members covers all areas of Law. G4I is regulated by the OISC to carry out Level 1 work in the categories of Immigration, Asylum Advice, Nationality and EU/EEA Law.
