DATA SHARING WITH G4I
Under section 5, you will have the opportunity to register your details and any family members plus, sponsors. Sharing your details with G4I will help us prepare your application to the Home Office and ensure we only ever share your data with the right people and organisations.
1. FAMILY
MEMBERS
If the Client has family members requiring a visa to enter or remain in the UK, the Client must register their details as the lead Client, once their details are registered, family member can then apply. This way when we receive your data we know who the data belongs to.
2. THIRD PARTIES
If the Client has a sponsor that has agreed to sponsor their UK application or provide evidence, they must register their details so G4I can ascertain if evidence provided is suitable or, guide the Client on what evidence is required.
Third Party Types
- UK settled person is a direct family member (Adult or child) that could be British, EU national or someone on a visa outside of immigration control.
- UK settled person is an extended family member or friend that could be British, EU national or someone on a visa outside of immigration control.
- UK Training Institute sponsoring the Client UK studies via a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS).
- UK Employer sponsoring the Client UK employment via a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
- Tier 2 or Tier 5 Client holding a CoS that wishes his/her direct family members to be on their visa as a PBS Dependant*.
- Other visa types the Client is holding or plans to hold under immigration control.
*If the Client family members are entering or switching into this visa category, they could have two sponsors, UK sponsor certifying maintenance and their partner.
3. COMMUNICATION
The Client must confirm how they wish to share with G4I with any third parties.
G4I may share data with the Client in various ways, this can include cloud portals such as OneDrive, DropBox, G4I website etc., then via Email, SMS, WhatsApp and delivering hard copies by hand or post etc. Another way of communication includes voice, this is where G4I discusses the Client's application verbally. If the Client requires G4I to verbally or via electronic or postal share data about a Client, the Client must authorise those third parties.
When the Client goes to the next section, the Client can decide on data sharing.
