This visa form falls under the UK settlement route for Turkish Nationals
If the Turkish worker or their family members have valid leave under the Turkish European Communities Association Agreement
(ECAA, can apply for settlement status if they meet the settlement requirements

Children applying will fall under the rule of 21 years of age whereas immigration control visa fall under 18. This means if the Turkish child is 20 or younger, they apply as a minor
