FLR (DL) VISA
This visa route is for further leave to remain in the UK for a person granted Discretionary Leave following the refusal of asylum
You must already be in the UK and hold a valid visa to apply under this visa route
If you think you are entitled to apply under this visa type, you should complete FLR (DL) and ensure you provide your reasons why you should remain in the UK
The Home Office will have on file your previous statements and evidence provided and if your circumstances has changed, it could impact your visa being renewed
If your reason to apply is for family life as a partner under the 10 year route or, family life as a parent under the 5 and 10 year routes or private life in the UK under the 10 year route, this is the wrong visa route for you, you should complete FLR (FP)
This application is for people already in the UK wanting to extend their visa stay
