FLR (P) VISA
This visa route is for a child under the age of 18 of a relative with Limited Leave to Enter or Remain in the UK as a Refugee or Beneficiary of Humanitarian Protection
The child must have previously been granted leave to enter in this capacity
You can only apply under this visa route if you are applying to extend your UK visa stay
THE RELATIVE CANNOT BE THE PARENT OF THE CHILD
The form can also be used for parents, grandparents or other dependant relatives aged over 18 of persons with limited leave to enter or remain in the UK as a refugee or beneficiary of humanitarian protection
The application will fall under section 120 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002
This application is for people already in the UK wanting to extend their visa stay
