This visa form falls under the UK settlement route
This application form is for a person with refugee leave for 5 years or leave on grounds of humanitarian protection that also have 5 years
This means if you lived under one of these permission for 5 years or more, you can use this form and apply for settlement
Under this application form you can add family members
Did you know, If you do not qualify for settlement but you are still a refugee or someone with humanitarian protection you may be granted more limited leave
You are also exempt from having to provide evidence of English or taking the Life in the UK Test
