DATA EXCHANGE BETWEEN G4I, THE CLIENT AND THIRD PARTIES
In the majority of cases a third party is a 'Sponsor'. A Sponsor could be a:
- partner you are joining or remaining with in the UK or;
- friend or family providing housing, financial support or general support or;
- training provider or;
- employer or;
- endorsing body for Innovator or Start-up businesses.
G4I takes the Client's personal data and application very seriously and to enforce this, G4I has set some rules on how G4I, the Client and any third-party can share data and communicate through G4I.
G4I will never use the Client's data outside of the services G4I agreed upon with the Client and any third parties listed above.
G4I must ensure that any third-party that is requested to share data with, must be in the Client's best interest. G4I has the right to reject any third-party request especially if the Client is a child or vulnerable adult.
IF THE CLIENT IS BEING SPONSORED IN THE UK BY AN EMPLOYER, TRAINING INSTITUTE OR ENDORSING BODY, YOU SHOULD INCLUDE THESE THIRD PARTIES AND DECIDE HOW WE SHOULD LIAISE WITH THEM.
