DEFINITIONS

This document has multiple purposes to avoid any confusion moving forward with the services Global 4 Immigration (G4I) has been asked to provide the Client. The Client is a person requiring services as outlined in G4I business terms and conditions and email clarification.

G4I is regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), the OISC requires G4I as an immigration company to ensure they provide the Client the very best advice in areas of Level 1 in the categories of Immigration, Asylum Advice, Nationality and EU/EEA Law which they are permitted to advise on. The OISC also has the authority to audit any case file and G4I are obliged to inform the Client that the OISC might during an audit of their premises audit the Client file. If the Client has no objection to this, and agrees to G4I terms, G4I can then represent the Client and help them prepare and process their visa application.

This document outlines the following:
  1. Confirms if the Client has a UK sponsor.
  2. Confirms if the Client requires any family members to have a visa.
  3. Clarifies the Client’s visa options and agrees the best application type for the Client.
  4. Confirms if the Client can apply under priority or super priority application.
  5. How the Client prefers to exchange data with G4I.
  6. Authorising third parties and sharing information (data) with G4I.
  7. Application type to remain in the UK.
Section 4 - Family Members Clarification
If a family member needs permission to enter or remain in the UK and you require G4I to process the application, you need to add these family members to this section.

Section 5 - Third Party Sponsor Clarification
A sponsor could be:
  • UK employer.
  • UK training institute
  • Spouse, Partner, Same-sex partner, Parent of a child, Son/Daughter sponsoring their Parent(s).
  • Endorsing bodies for Innovators and Start-up businesses.
  • Any other type of Sponsor the Client wishes to authorise.

Prior to being sent an email from G4I, the Client would have been consulted by G4I on their application options. G4I may have also consulted with the Client’s sponsor (partner, employer or training institute). It is also possible the Client has emailed G4I to inform them that they require to liaise with their sponsor prior to this document being signed. G4I cannot guarantee that the Client’s application will be successful, but G4I will ensure their submitted application is presented in the best possible way.

In G4I email the Client would have received, the Client would be asked to register at www.global4immigration.com/client-register, G4I would have outlined any immigration history if applicable, application options, application concerns and password to access the G4I rate card.

Once the Client has agreed to the Client Approval Care Letter (this document), the Client will receive from G4I a set fee invoice for services agreed upon. Upon receipt of invoice payment into the HSBC 'Client Account' G4I will commence the application process.
