Job adverts cannot discriminate any person so be careful when using words such as:
Age | Race | Sex | Disability | Pregnancy | Maternity | Religion or Belief
When posting a job, the organisation should refrain from using words such as:
Recent Graduate | Highly Experienced | Bar Maid | Handyman | Advertise to a specific group
Resident Labour Market Test (RLMT)
If the UK organisation decides they need to employ a non-EEA national under Tier 2 or Tier 5 then RLMT guidelines need to be followed.
Unless exempt, the job vacancy must be advertised in the Jobcentre and an additional location such as Job-board, Employer website (if approved),
social media sites or newspaper article unless exempt
