This update keeps you in the know what you need to know about meeting the English requirements if you are applying to enter or switch into Tier 1 or Tier 2.
All Tier 1 and tier 2 applicant must meet English unless their visa falls under:- Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) Migrant
- Tier 1 (Investor) Migrant
- Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) Migrant, o
- Applying as a doctor, dentist, nurse or midwife under Tier 2 (General), who has passed an English Language assessment which is accepted by the relevant regulated professional body as a requirement for registration.

IMMIGRATION RULES APPENDIX O: approved English language tests
Date Published: 01 October 2019 List of English language tests that have been approved by the Home Office for English language requirements for limited leave to enter or remain under the Immigration Rules.
This latest update confirms the page has deleted the Appendix O immigration rules.

It appears the Home Office has deleted Appendix O meaning the rules listed are no longer applicable.
