The Home Office offers 3 unique services, it all depends which of these options apply to you and you prefer:
  • Priority Settlement Entry Visa Services

    Do you require your visa to be prioritised over standard visa applications?


    This visa service is perfect if you need to enter the UK urgently to settle with your family members.


    Priority applications takes on average 6 weeks whereas standard applications can take 12 to 24 weeks to get a visa decision.


    Note: Family applications that lead to UK settlement are deemed more complex than most other visa application hence the longer processing time.


    Who can apply under this visa type:

    • Fiancé or Fiancée or Proposed Civil Partnership
    • Marriage or Civil Partnership
    • Unmarried Partner

    You should not use this service if one of these apply to you:

    • been refused a visa for the UK, and/or;
    • been refused leave to enter the UK, and/or;
    • been deported, removed, or otherwise required to leave the UK, and/or;
    • overstayed a period of leave in the UK, and/or;
    • had leave to remain in the UK curtailed by the Home Office, and/or;
    • been refused leave to remain in the UK by the Home Office, and/or;
    • been refused a visa for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United States of America, or the Schengen countries, and/or;
    • you have been interviewed, detained, or prosecuted by the police for any offence in the UK or elsewhere, and/or;
    • you have an unspent criminal conviction in any country, and/or;
    • you have committed a criminal offence in any country

    It may be possible to apply under priority if one of the above applies to you, let G4I assess your history to see if it can impact the upgrade option. Not all overseas commercial partners offer this service so check before proceeding. In some cases, the Home Office cannot process your visa in the 5 working days.

    Leave to Enter

    When you submit your entry visa through UKVI visa portal, depending on your country of entry, you might have to pay the priority fee as part of your UKVI application fee or, pay when we secure your biometrics appointment via the Home Office commercial partner portal.


    Note: If you submit and pay your visa fee under 'Standard' and then decide to upgrade to priority, you should be able to upgrade via the Home Office commercial partner portal but if you already secured your biometrics, you need to cancel your application and submit and pay a new visa application. Refunds are refunded in 30 days for visa and immigration health surcharges.

  • Super Priority Visa Services

    Do you require your visa to be prioritised over priority and standard visa applications?


    This visa service is perfect if you need to enter the UK urgently to work, visit or study.

    This visa service is perfect if you need to remain in the UK to settle, work or study.


    Super Priority applications takes on average 1 working day from your biometrics appointment to get a visa decision to enter or remain in the UK. In some instances, it can take two days as your biometrics might be the day before a public bank holiday or your biometrics is done over the weekend. If applying within the UK, 


    Note: family applications under settlement, super priority is not permitted.


    Leave to Enter

    When you submit your entry visa through UKVI visa portal, depending on your country of entry, you might have to pay the super priority fee as part of your UKVI application fee or, pay when we secure your biometrics appointment via the Home Office commercial partner portal.


    Note: If you submit and pay your visa fee under 'Standard' and then decide to upgrade to super priority, you should be able to upgrade via the Home Office commercial partner portal but if you already secured your biometrics, you need to cancel your application and submit and pay a new visa application. Refunds are refunded in 30 days for visa and immigration health surcharges.
